Invoicing
One of the questions that always arises in professional services engagements is "How does CX+ generate invoices?"
We prefer to work under a flat fee arrangement with 45% at contract execution and the remaining 55% on completion. The contract amount depends on the agreed-upon scope.
Once an order/engagement is signed, CX+ begins tracking hours against the Project. Periodically, with a frequency less than or equal to every two weeks, CX+ generates an invoice with a detail of the hours included in the invoice. The invoice and backup is delivered to your designated invoicing contact for approval and payment.
Hourly Rates
In most cases, CX+ will charge for services based on outcomes (fixed price). However, some Project invoicing is based on Hours consumed X Activity Rate (e.g. 12 * 200 = $2,400)
